Tujuan tertinggi peranan kita selaku Delegasi /Petugas yang berdampak baik positif maupun negatif adalah kata-kata dan tindakan kita yang akan memungkinkan kemanusiaan dapat memperoleh manfaat dari distribusi aset yang telah tersimpan.

Kita bukan saja Diplomat dari organisasi yang disebut UN Swissindo, tapi kita juga Diplomat bagi Keluarga Kerajaan NEO the United Kingdom of God Sky Earth.  Oleh karenanya kita harus sadar dengan semua yang kita pikirkan, yang kita lakukan dan katakan, khususnya pada saat di depan publik.

Mengenai Diplomat dari sudut pandang organisasi Swissindo ketika kita menggunakan istilah yang digunakan maka kita berbicara tentang Swissindo. STRUKTUR PEMERINTAHAN KERAJAAN DUNIA, KERATON KAILASSA  

Royal K. 681 King of king’s M1, Selaku Kaisar Dunia bertugas dan mengarahkan semua Dewan Dunia, dan Kerajaan Linggacala 5 Benua,   Dia telah ditugaskan dan diberi petunjuk oleh Tuhan agar menciptakan Surga di muka bumi ini  dan menyelesaikan tugas dengan penciptaan “Royal Family of God Sky Earth.” Melalui organisasi “Swissindo World Trust International Orbit”.

Kedudukan Kerajaan merujuk kepada Tingkat kekuasaan dan wilayah :

1.      Kerajaan Dunia (Kailasa) merujuk kepada Kaisar tertinggi Royal K.681 King of Kings M1,  Kailasa berarti “Langit” (Berada Diatas, Kerajaan Tertinggi, di langit).

2.      Kerajan Benua (Linggacala) adalah merujuk Kepada Kerajaan Benua (semua Benua-benua), Linggacala berarti “Bumi”  ( Berada di bumi 5 benua, di atas tanah).

3.      Kerajan Negara (Linggacala Negara), Merujuk kepada system kenegaraan yang saat ini berjalan dan dikembalikan kepada system kerajaan.  

Didalam menjalankan roda Pemerintahan di Kerajaan Kailasa maka dibentuklah system pemerintahan dengan penunjukan oleh Royal K.681 King of king’s M1 .

·         Dewan – Dewan Dunia Meliputi ( Advisor Council, Honorary Council, Welfare Council, Crown Council ).

·         Top President UN Swissindo – God Sky Earth.

·         5 (lima) Perdana Menteri Dunia, dengan Masing – masing Bidang dan Tanggung Jawab ( World PM Bidang Militer, World PM Politik & Diplomasi, World PM Keuangan & Banking system, World PM Hukum & Konstitusi, dan  World PM Nasional, International, Un Objectives).

·         Cabinet/Menteri Dunia , adalah Para Menteri Dunia yang berfungsi membantu Tugas dan pekerjaan Perdana Menteri Dunia sesuai Bidang Masing-masing.

·         Pengangkatan 5 Kaisar Benua (Linggacala )

·         Pengangkatan 5 Perdana Menteri dan para Menteri Linggacala disetiap benua.

  KAISAR KERAJAAN

Ada 3 (tiga) tingkatan Kaisaran Dunia :

1.      Kaisar Kerajaan Dunia Kailasa (Royal K.681 King of King’s M1 ).

2.      Kaisar Kerajaan Benua Linggacala (Kerajaan linggacala Benua Asia, Africa, Eropa, America, Australia ).

3.      Kaisar Negara (dikenal sebagai Raja) dari masing-masing Negara yang berpartisipasi dalam Neo The United Kingdom of God Sky Earth dan UN Swissindo.

Para Kaisar adalah perwujudan simbol kewahyuan Tuhan Y.M.E.  Sebuah simbol keberadaan Tuhan di bumi ini.  Tingkah laku Kaisar harus sebijak dan berpengetahuan dan semurni Tuhan, Sama halnya dengan memegang nilai seperti halnya memegang fisik emas.  Perilakunya di atas kode etik, diatas hukum apapun, seseorang yang terlalu luar biasa untuk dipengaruhi, dicurigai dan dihakimi dan dapat melihat Tuhan dalam segala hal, baik maupun buruk.

·         Kaisar-kaisar Benua diangkat dan diberhentikan oleh Royal K.681 King of king’s M1.

Tugas Kaisar Benua/Negara adalah Pemegang dan Penanggung Jawab asset Benua, untuk melayani Negara Negara Benuanya, melayani rakyatnya, untuk mewakili rakyat dan mewakili semua kehidupan.. 

Tugas Kaisar Benua adalah mendirikan Majelis Kerajaan yang ia layani.  Dari sana masing-masing negara dirubah menjadi Kerajaan, sebagai bagian dari Kerajaan Neo The United Kingdom of God Sky Earth. 

Presiden masing-masing Negara akan dijadikan Kaisar atau Raja di bawah kendali Kaisar Benua.  Kaisar Negara akan mendirikan dewan mereka sendiri.

·         Para Kaisar Negara hanya bisa menerima asset untuk Negara dan Rakyatnya jika mereka bergabung dengan Kerajaan karena Kaisar Benua memiliki semua nilai untuk Negaranya.

Tugas mereka adalah berkomunikasi dengan Perdana Menteri di Benua mereka, dan juga berkomunikasi dengan Perdana Menteri Dunia dan semua Menteri-menteri di bawah Perdana Menteri Dunia.  Itu merupakan cara komunikasi dasar untuk mengikuti perkembangan melalui struktur yang ada.  Sudah saat nya perubahan dominan dan total di semua Negara, karena semuanya diberikan distribusi nilai/asset dan kesejahteraan kehidupan dan semua yang berhubungan dengan kode etik, yang merupakan pemahaman yang mengikat.

Kaisar Dunia Kailasa Royal K.681 King of King’s M1, Kaisar Linggacala Benua dan dewan-dewan lainnya. Peranan masing-masing kategori dapat dimengerti dengan perspektif;

1.      KEPEMIMPINAN: mendesain, menginstruksikan, mengarahkan dan menuntun semua staff yang dipengaruhi oleh posisi Kaisar.
